What's the best way to recruit more work...

hi friends,

 

I am a partner in a recruiting firm located in Northeastern Pennsylvania myself and a few other recruiters decided to open our own business so we took the big step two years ago and have done well considering the economy. We recently started to get slow with companies on hire freezes so we are looking to partner up with someone or get work through a broker.

 

So i got a few easy questions...

What is the best way to recruit more work in the medical and transportation industry?

Best place to advertise my company?

What is a far commission to pay a employee recruiter?
