Where does HR interface with Recruitment in your organisation, at an invoice or somewhere in time line before?

I am curious about how organisations are interfacing with those who are, as professional recruiters, line managers or suppliers responsile for the 'spotting' of talent for them.

 

Is it, as it is in my organisation, a responsive and carefully maintained link between an in house service to 17 separate business units, a commercial agreement with a vendor or something quite different?

 

I would greatly appciciate your input as I am exploring model design.
