Hi Katherine,
There are so many solutions out there, some similar, some very different but it's difficult to recommend something without knowing more detail about your needs and problems that need solving . I am assuming you are corporate HR, so in that case I would take a look at HRMDirect or maybe Taleo to start. What are you not getting out of your current software that's pushing you to switch?

Sounds like from your last comment you want to know if anyone has used icims and on your RecruitingBlogs.com profile you say you can't live without icims so help me understand. We here sometimes get taken for rides. It's always a fun ride though
I added that I could not live without my ATS. We did make the switch to icims. I updated my profile when we purchased it.

There are may good options for companies across a broad range of needs.
On the higher end, options such as Taleo have a wide range of functionality to suit the needs of more sophisticated, larger corporations that may have multiple HR managers and recruiting departments. This added feature set also requires more time to learn the application and comes at a higher price point.
For small to mid-sized businesses there is a range of Applicant Tracking Systems that have rich functionality, but don't have "all the bells and whistles" of the higher-end products. These ATS products are easy-to-use, don't require a lot of training, and come at a fraction of the price point of some of the larger systems.
