Hello all! I am a technical recruiter in Oklahoma. Our job postings do not reveal the company; making it difficult to provide detailed information about the position.
What are your best resources for writing great job descriptions that get responses?
Also, have you found differenlty written job descriptions attract different professionals? For example; would a Developer and an Accountant find different layouts of job descriptions appealing?
Any advice or suggestions would be great!

Even though you have to leave out the name you can still describe the company. Make a pitch for the company without using the name. Use one sentence to describe the company; EX: A rapidly growing technology firm that specializes in XYZ. Then highlight two or three things that would be appealing to job seekers, EX: innovative projects they are working on, their leadership team, technologies used, awards/achievements they won, etc. Go to the company website and poke around, you should be able to find all of the information you need.
I would keep the layout of the description clean and simple. It's the placement of the ad that will make the difference. There are niche job boards and groups you can strategically place ads on that will attract the right type of candidate.
