Your Very Own Candidate Search Engine for your Blog or Network

We try to build in useful tools to RecruitingBlogs when we can.
One that people seem to get a lot of use out of is the search engine
for resumes. It's a pretty simple tool, but it works pretty well,
especially after you've exhausted your own database, job boards, and
Linkedin.

You can always find it under the resources tab on RecruitingBlogs. But we wanted to also let you know that you can put it on your own site or homepage. You can get a little widget to add to an iGoogle homepage
by going here: http://www.google.com/ig/adde?moduleurl=www.google.com/coop/api/004...

And if you have your own blog or website, you can add it to your own site by just grabbing the code below. We'll be making it better in the future, but you won't have to change the code or anything when we
do. It will just update itself.

Here's the code:

<div id="cse" style="width: 100%;">Loading</div>
<script src="http://www.google.com/jsapi" type="text/javascript"></
script>
<script type="text/javascript">
google.load('search', '1', {language : 'en'});
google.setOnLoadCallback(function(){
var customSearchControl = new google.search.CustomSearchControl('004000556157832441853:kjh-cw5q6sm');
customSearchControl.setResultSetSize(google.search.Search.LARGE_RESULTSET);
customSearchControl.draw('cse');
}, true);
</script>
<link rel="stylesheet" href="http://www.google.com/cse/style/look/default.css" type="text/css" />
