Within the framework of the Vietnam-Japan Economic Forum held in Danang on 14 August, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Danang People’s Committee and JETRO cooperated with the Global Innovation Company of Japan to hold the “Connecting Vietnam – Japan Supply and Demand” workshop.
The Danang Department of Science and Technology and the Technology Application and Development Agency of the Ministry of Science and Technology signed an agreement for a cooperation program between the two parties. This is the foundation for connecting technology supply and demand between Japan and Vietnam.
Some MOUs on technology transfer were signed between Vietnamese and Japanese enterprises including of Vinaxuki Company and Nagara Company; Institute of Electronics, IT and Automation and MTI Research Institute; Ha Noi Industry University and Katanyagi Vocational Training Institute.
The Japanese partners also introduced some modern technologies and requirements for purchasing some auxiliary production products from Vietnamese enterprises.
