Video has become a popular term throughout the internet and has begun to enter the recruiting sphere. There is much debate about the value, legality and implementation of video and I created this group to provide a forum for discussion.

Video currently exists within the hiring space in several forms (video resumes, video introductions, video conferencing, etc) though no solutions have become mainstream.
