I feel like almost every other day there is something posted about video in the hiring space. Obviously some people are more positive about videos than others, but as different discussions in this group suggest, certain videos make sense and are being adopted, others simply are not.

Today I read an article discussing how more and more job boards are allowing (and sometimes even providing production services for) employers to post "sell" videos with a job posting.

Personally, I believe this is one of several ways that videos will successfully enter the hiring process. The technology is easily available and the value is clear - communicating an employer brand and everything it encompasses through a "canned" video will absolutely enhance a job posting.

As always, I think to recruiters it is valuable to understand trends within this industry. What other forms of videos are there and which ones will likely catch on?
