Job Description | You will take charge of: • Existing client portfolio and the seeking of new commercial partnership opportunities. • Business Development and direct sales. • The management and development of the team in Singapore and motivate them towards ambitious objectives. • The definition and the implementation of the growth strategy of your country (external as well as organic growth) and guaranteeing your territory’s economic performance. • Take an active part in the definition of the general strategy of the International Division and guarantee that your zone comprehensively complies with this strategy in terms of results, objectives, ambitions and identity. |
Skill Required | • Academic education, preferably in a school of engineering, with professional experience of approximately 10 to 15 years in the world of engineering services and/or in the industry as a manager and market developer. • Experience in hiring team members. • Experience in managing engineering projects. • Be able to take up the challenge of managing the Profit Centre in a multinational context and in a very strong growth phase. • Show creativity, autonomy and focused on results. Adaptable, you have a competitive spirit and can quickly create your own network of contacts. You can moreover affect the decision-making process. • Using English as a professional language daily, you also speak the local language. • Available to travel all around Singapore. |
