These solutions enable wireline, wireless, converged and next-generation operators to fully manage their revenue and cost processes. The company currently has an exciting opportunity available in their Installation & Support team to provide installation, integration, configuration and support services to customers in Central America, Latin America and USA.
Job Description	• Lead software integration and installation at customer sites. • Provide a technical support and solution for application functionality. • Working on a multi platform system (windows UNIX, Oracle Database). • Interact with other teem member, Customers, Project Manager, Customization Development Teams and QA.
Skill Required	• Experience and Knowledge of SQL queries. • Working Experience with Windows 2000 /Windows 2003, Windows XP. • Basic Experience with UNIX/LINUX Environment. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Fluent English Other desired skills: • Experience with Oracle databases and SQL tools. • Experience in Unix Administration (Sun, Hp)-Advantage. • Experience with software installations. • An understanding of Telecommunication (T1, E1, Basic ss7) –Advantage. • Ability to learn and apply new technologies. The qualified candidate should preferably have a college degree in Computers or communication or equivalent experience with excellent written and oral communication skills, Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
