I am also attempting to help out another young lady. Her firm is downsizing. I interviewed her a last year for an entry-level consulting position. I was very impressed with her, but the consulting firm I was recruiting for at the time specifically wanted a college senior, and she is an experienced consultant (about 5 years in consulting field). She has tons of business savvy, an MBA, a PMP certification, and is offering a cash reward for a referral that leads to her being employed full time.
