Hi Yes I am pure Pharma/BioTech.

I recruit for IT Professionals, Formulation Scientists, Analytical Chemists. Toxicologists and any other position that requires specific knowledge / experience in the industry.

All my work is done in Biotech/Pharma/Drug Discovery.

Almost all of my work is Retained and I primarily fill positions in Business Development, Sales and/or Marketing. On occassion, I take on specialty searches such as Directors of Toxicology, Medical Directors, and C- level searches.

I'm more than happy to connect and network.

Let's not fool ourselves however - we are all recruiters not because we were "born with recruiting talent," but because we like the thrill hunt, and most importantly the money! But I believe we can all gain fulfillment by being honest, trustworthy recruiters, and I seek to change Recruiting to that tune one person at a time.

I work for DHR International, a top 5 retained executive search firm. I am a Sr. Associate in our Global Life Science Practice Group. I recruit strictly in bio-tech, pharma, and medical device. I recruit for positions spanning the entire spectrum, from Quality, Manufacturing, R&D, Medical Directors, and everything in between. Also, the level of these position is anywhere from Executive Director to CEO. Many of my clients are early to mid stage companies, however I have several large global clients as well.

What I am truly looking for is a network of people willing to help one another with referrals and advice for mutual benefit, not striking business deals or fee split agreements. I manage a team of recruiters who focus on Biotech, Pharma and Medical Device recruiting. Our business is about 65% contract and 35% direct hire recruiting and focuses mostly on R&D, manufacturing and QC/QA. Most recently for the past year we have also opened a clinical group that is starting to take off. I focus on MD/DC/VA but our company has locations throughout the US.
