Can anyone recommend a search string to locate Physical and/or Occupational Therapists? I have tried several and still seem to come up with Job postings instead of resumes even though I use the NOT operator for those words related to Job postings.
Any suggestions would be helpful
Thanks

Jessica -

Interesting you should post this, I recruit in the Medical Device Space but we have recently been given a job order for a Clinical Specialist who has a background in Physical or Occupational Therapy.

Here are some links to SourcersGuide's for people with these backgrounds:
Occupational Therapy - http://sourcersguide.recruitergroups.com/?cat=57
Physical Therapy - http://sourcersguide.recruitergroups.com/?cat=58

One Boolean String that seemed to work for me on Google was:
(resume | cv | vitae | homepage) "Physical Therapist" -jobs -apply -submit -required -wanted -template -wizard -free -write -sample

Hope that helps!
You can usually get rid of job postings by simply adding: -job -jobs -you -submit to a search. You'll still have some but they are manageable.
If you really want to get rid of the job sites I'd suggest setting up a Google Co-op search engine where you specifically remove any job sites you come across. It's quite time consuming to create but will save you time on every single search you run thereafter.

Wow thanks guys great suggestions.
Sarah you gave me a whole bunch of words to remove that I didnt even think of
I will definately check out the Google Co-Op
