Any suggestions for a search string(s) to identify graduating students or roster of students (names and lists) with email info (i.e. physical therapy students graduating from a university (i.e. creighton university). This is the search string I've used, however, results were not I was searching for.

site:edu (inurl:graduates OR intitle:graduates OR inurl:alumni OR intitle:alumni OR inurl:attendees OR intitle:attendees) 2008..2009 ("physical therapy" OR PT)

Thanks for your assistance.

you can try something like this:

(inurl:alumni OR inurl:~graduates) AND (~cv OR ~resume' OR ~profiles OR ~directory) AND (~email OR contact)*=inanchor:*.edu AND 2008..2009 AND ~physical.therapy AND filetype:xls

or also something like this: site:edu (inurl:alumni OR inurl:~graduates) AND 2008..2009 AND ~physical.therapy AND filetype:pdf

the "AND" is optional in Google, just included here to illustrate the boolean logic.

you have a number of options though.

good luck!

With colleges, remember that they usually want to do everything they can to put their students in touch with employers or recruiters. so, use that to your advantage.

Look for clubs, associations and other student groups. Some will even have a place for resumes to be posted within their group

This was no genius boolean search, I just used: creighton university "physical therapy" (club OR association)

I came up with the 2 people who help undergrads get into graduate school.

http://www2.creighton.edu/studentservices/studentactivitiesoffice/s...

I would contact them the moderator & president, explain what I was trying to do, and ask if they would help me. Usually they will pass along info to the students for you.
