Hi,
Based on string by Arab Mohsin, you change and modify -intitile:job by writing -jobs this will return only resumes without any jobpostings.for eg:
By Arab Mohsin
Dallas(intitle:resume | inurl:resume | inurl:cv | intitle:cv | inurl:vitae | intitle:vitae)"software developer" -intitle:job
Other String to the above

Dallas(intitle:resume | inurl:resume | inurl:cv | intitle:cv | inurl:vitae | intitle:vitae)"software developer" -jobs
This will remove unwanted job postings while trying to get resumes.

• resume <Job.Title>
• (intitle:resume OR inurl:resume OR intitle:cv OR inurl:cv) -intitle...
• (résumé OR CV OR Curriculum Vitae) California engineer Objective Ed...

On Google, putting the ~ character (to the left of the 1 key on your qwerty keyboard) before a word looks for that word AND synonyms. For example using Koushik's search string on Google:

(intitle:~cv OR inurl:~cv OR inobject:~cv) AND (filetype:doc OR filetype:pdf OR filetype:rtf) AND (type skill here)

Irina, thanks for creating this group - great initiative!

I'm interested to see if anyone out there is having much success targeting Facebook using the site command?

I find this works well on Myspace but not so good on Facebook.
