We'd love to do more splits but usually when we talk with someone who claims to do what we do they don't understand that a high level clearance and expopsure to the public(like job boards) don't mix. Usually when we get a good candidate willing to move we have a spot for them. We are all so busy that we often sign up for these things knowing they could be very valuable but we then lose track...like I probably will. Oh and if there are any spelling errors my Dell 30in monitor has gone kaflooey and I am waiting for the replacement. Until then I can barely see what I am typing...
