Low cost, user friendly, high performing recruiting software

Hi Guys and Gals,

I'm looking to add a new CRM to my company and I was hoping I could get some suggestions or user experience feedback. I have mostly used propietary software so I know what features I like and others that sound good but aren't practical. Does anyone have any suggestions on companies to check out? I don't want to run my CRM out of outlook like a lot of companies are pushing. Looking for parsing, advanced search features, note tracking, customizable data entry section for recruiting questions, and integration with outlook. Any thoughts?

Essentially Professional Advantage created a managed solution in Microsoft CRM that does all the items you described - using CRM functionality wherever possible and added in the needed functionaility related to recruiting (including resume parsing) so CRM is a solution for both sales and recruiting.
