The company has identified and is developing an ongoing relationship within the Venture Capital and Investment Banking community. As an Executive Recruiter for Critical Capital Management, Inc. , you will maintain existing relationships and assist in developing additional opportunities with identified regional clients and be responsible for finding top talent for those clients. If you have a unique ability to develop strong relationships with business professionals and be effective at persuading and influencing Senior Level Management; you may be a perfect fit.
As an Executive Recruiters you must take the time to understand candidates' career aspirations and professional goals to effectively match those needs with the needs of Critical Capital Managements clients. Consequently, this position will require a well-organized professional who is money motivated and is driven by excellence!
POSITION SUMMARY / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all phases of executive search business model (business development, client service, research, search process, qualification of candidates, closing, etc.). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Generation and maintenance of a pipeline of business through establishing strong
relationships with senior executives that are in a position to hire staff at the
Performing market research to focus business development efforts on targeted
Consultative approach with clients to understand their needs and create a detailed
and relevant job description and recruiting plan.
Creating and presenting detailed recruiting plans to colleagues and clients.
Identification of qualified and interested candidates through extensive research,
direct recruiting, and Critical Capital Management’s network.
Contact all appropriate candidates for a particular search by phone and/or e-mail
to gauge qualifications and interest.
Determination of candidates’ qualifications through personal interviews and
Direct offer negotiation process between client and candidate.
Build and manage database of candidates and own personal network.
Work closely with staff to generate candidate/client flow and fill orders efficiently.
Partner with colleagues at Human Capital Management and Marketing Capital
Management to refer candidates for searches managed by others.
Partner with sales and recruiting staff at HCM & MCM to maximize opportunities
for cross-selling and other synergies.
BA/BS Degree (strongly preferred)
Minimum 3+ years of executive recruiting experience, preferably in the financial community.
Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
Must have a desire to achieve excellence through hard work and perseverance
Experience with direct recruiting and network/database building
Ability to interact effectively with senior-level executives as clients and candidates
Effectiveness and comfort in describing and selling an inventory of executive search services
Broad range of advanced business experience crossing various industries
Should be highly organized and committed to process-driven environment
Should have entrepreneurial drive and be independent and self-motivated
Must possess highest degree of integrity and ethics
