I have been a headhunter for 16 years and am currently launching a very interesting start up company called YourElevatorPitch. The company is scripting, coaching and filming a sixty-second Elevator Pitch video for job seekers. Then the candidate can use the company's smart email campaign manager to send the video to targeted decision makers and track all the metrics (open, click thru, forwards, etc). This provides candidates an opportunity to bypass applying online (and having their information disappear into the companies' applicant tracking systems). Moreover, it allows the candidate to have some visibility to their candidacy within a company. Very cool!
