I love this ap. Easy schmeezie. Free.. of course. From any page, anywhere, simply click the bookmarklet and a dialog window comes up which will allow you to create a tweet (up to 280 characters... no type-o) and shorten the URL (which it copies from the address bar of the page you are on) before tweet is sent. All happens in one pop-up dialog box... even has special characters. Very simple... very powerful.
