Critique of website that creates interactive multimedia CVs/Resumes

Could people in the innovative high tech side of the Industry please provide me feedback on whether this product will work in the Industry and how to effectively let people knowing about it and using it.

Peter,

Although the idea is interesting it would have a hard time flying in the US.  We have laws disallowing a person to put their photo on a CV here.  The discrimination laws are quite specific.  I am not in HR but I believe I am right on this.
