We shot this video below during our conversation with Pete Kazanjy, Founder of TalentBin at HR Tech 2012.
He gives a very strong overview of TalentBin and how recruiters can pull data from various sources to
complete profiles originally with little to now information. This is a very cool tool and has been recognized this year at HR Tech as a leading recruitment software.
Let us know what you think...
The TalentBin talent search engine creates “implicit resumes” leveraging the data exhaust that people leave on the Internet. For example, it pulls together data about software developers by looking at their activity on Github, StackOverflow, Quora, Meetup, and Twitter – allowing recruiters to get a comprehensive view of their areas of interest/skills.
Pete says "You might think of it as LinkedIn's recruiting tools, but for the whole web."
