Are you talking about candidates for organizations located in Asia, or candidates willing to relocate to the US. Also, I am curious, what is the recruiting atmosphere like in Asia. I have heard a lot of people are successful with international recruiting, I am very interested in this area however, I haven't ventured outside the US.

I'm talking about in both directions. Although candidates coming from Asia to the US will have to be highly qualified to get a visa. I envisage providing candidates for MNC's and US based companies out here in Asia. There is a plethora of recruiters out here but there's always room for better service. Let's face it practically every type of Industry manufactures and has a sales and service presence out here in Asia. Singapore is more geared towards R&D, Banking, Bio-tech etc. Whereas Semiconductor ands Electronics manufacturing is centered in Taiwan, Philippines, Malaysia and China. My particular expertise is in Semiconductor so I was interested in identifying possible candidates within this industry. However I can certainly turn my hand to any profession or industry. If you're interested in collaborating in some way let me know how I can help? Whether it be with basic information or actual candidates for positions you want to fill. If you have clients with overseas assignments then I recommend you give it some thought.
