I am wanting to partner with a few engineering recruiters

I am hoping to be able to find a few recruiters who focus within the engineering disciplines. I have several direct hire and contract positions open. This will be a continuous situation, as I much more prefer the business development side! I am open to discussing a long term win/win relationship where relationship and trust are paramount.
