The internet is all you need to recruit AND find a job.
With video job interviews, companies can interview without the need to invite candidates for face-to-face interviews, and candidates can interview from home, just using a webcam. Sure personal contact is important, but when you can get the second best alternative for a minimum cost... who wouldn't take advantage of that? What do you think?
