As we are aware that there are not much profiles of the legal candidates present on the web.

The legal search consultants would have to rely on the passive candidates rather than any online portals.

I would like to ask what is the ratio of responses.

Really? It seems legal candidates are more likely to be profiled (on firm pages), compared to non-legal candidates. Coming from engineering, finance, and medical sourcing, legal candidates are definitely more visible on the web.
Actually many firms have profiles of their attorneys on their websites.
