Have you found your candidates asking for things that are inappropriate for legal resumes because they heard those things are good for other job applicants? Color on a resume and video resumes come to mind.

There is so much information about how to differentiate oneself via a resume that in the end they will all be so "different" they may end up hurting applicants. The legal industry is still so traditional, I worry that people, especially more recent graduates, are not willing to accept that.
