Required Skills- Java, Servlets, JSP, J2EE, Spring, XML ,JMS, RSS, JDBC, HTML, CSS, SQL, MySQL, JBuilder/Eclipse, Jakarta Struts, MVC, CVS/Subversion, object-oriented design and database design.

Minimum 7+years experience in a Java/J2EE web application environment.

Musts: Ant and/or Maven (preferably both), Java, Database Experience

Nice to haves: NAnt, CruiseControl, .NET, Scripting (perl, groovy, jython, python...), Adobe Flex, JDepend, Cobertura, JUnit, FitNesse, Clearcase, Subversion

Working knowledge of Java, Servlets, JSP, J2EE, Spring, XML ,JMS, RSS, JDBC, HTML, CSS, SQL, MySQL, JBuilder/Eclipse, Jakarta Struts, MVC, CVS/Subversion, object-oriented design and database design.

Familiarity with SDLC, RUP and SCM processes. Exposure to formal release management processes.

Experience in infrastructure toolsets including CVS/Subversion, Team Track and Rational Rose.

Experience with change management and defect tracking methodologies.

Experience with QA, application testing and acceptance.

Clear oral and written communication skills; analytical thinking/logical reasoning; problem recognition and resolution skills; ability to follow detailed procedures; ability to work under pressure; strong interpersonal skills.

Bachelors degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
