A few years ago Jim Rosenberger, the Owner of ExecSearch Carolina LLC/RoseSearch , an experienced healthcare recruiter and OWNER,(15 years experience) partnered with me, a brand new recruiter to recruit healthcare candidates for his clients. I, with my recruiters, filled 10+ positions which could net us $30,000!!! But Jim Rosenberger told me the check was in the mail, fooled me by tricks and hooks and in the end cut off his telephone line and disappeared. In total Jim Rosenberger netted $30,000 out of my inexperience. I tried to file lawsuit but was out of funds to do that. I tried to forget about this whole thing, which I blamed myself for my foolishness until today I found out his website and his new company information. He changed his company name from Rose Search to ExecSearch. AND I JUST CALLED TO VERIFY IT WAS HIM!!!

Dear Donna,

Call a local COllection Agency, provide them with what they want for proof of your doing business wwith this man and let them take a percentage of what is collected and you get the rest. DO NOT let this amount of money slip away. Do let the collection agency work it's magic, do not go around the agency. Let them do the work and all repeat all the talking for you. Believe me he will want to speak with you, just let the agency do all the work. You will see 75 or 80% of your money.

Wow, this is such a great idea! But this happened in 2005 and he disconnected his business in 2006. He is about to change his company name again just like last time. Nevertheless, this is a brilliant advice I had never thought of. I am going to call around tomorrow. Thanks so much Mike. I wish I had posted this much earlier!!!

Please spread the news around to avoid the mistakes I made. Thanks Everyone!
