There are such great resources out there for most industries. The large boards like CareerBuilder, Monster and Hotjobs are great for just about any position that you might want to post for with the exception of one thing: Healthcare/Medical Professionals. That's not to say that you might not find an excellent candidate on one or all of those job boards but there certainly aren't a glut of those sorts of candidates there.

I have used Absolutelyhealthcare.com and Personamed in the past with minimal success but I am interested to hear what sites everyone else has had success with when recruiting for nurse and and allied health professionals.
