With the economy in the shape it's in, and with us being in the careers we are, I'm curious what everyone is doing to aid their distressed, worthy brother masons?

I am looking into starting a website to allow verified/worthy masons to post job req's (free of charge) and allow unemployed or job-seeking brothers to post resumes/etc. Further, I have been called upon numerous times to council a growing number of brothers who require help with their vocation - from everything to resume writing, learning how to conduct a job search in this day and age, and even how to utilize Web 2.0 services to aid the search.

Is anyone doing anything similar - or unique that we could help with or learn from?
