Hi Everyone, great site! I'm glad I came across it. I am about to begin recruiting for specialized Cruise Consultants across Canada. They are 100% commission based but I can't say enough about the training & support that are in place for these positions, it is truly an amazing role. Having never sourced for commission based roles before, does anyone have any suggestions? Our typical demographic is stay at home parents (can work from home or from the center), retirees, executives doing this on the side for travel perks etc. I want to tap into a pool of candidates who will be top performers and utilize all the tools in place to make make themselves a great income.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
