Hi, I wanted to follow-up with you regarding an interesting HRIS Expert – HR Generalist, Chicago, IL. position. I am focusing on someone who has:

 

HRIS application expertise to design, develop and implement customized queries and reports. Develop and deliver training curriculums, heavy interface with IT and end-users to create, update and maintain various level reporting solutions. Gather and analyze information about reporting needs, objectives, functions and features. Perform various HR Generalist duties for the Corporate Office: Oversee Staffing Needs, Company Policies, and Administer Compensation and Benefits.  Client is a global/national Retail / Manufacturing company.

 

Qualifications: 3-5 years in a similar role. Must have a strong technical background utilizing HRIS applications (JD Edwards or others).  3 years of HR Generalist experience. Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, Access, and advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups and macros).  Bachelor’s degree in related field.

 

LOCATION: Southwest - Chicago, IL. 60601    JOB TYPE: FT, Permanent
