Energy Services and Manufacturing Company is currently seeking an Energy Storage Technologies Program Manager to join their team. Using Lean Six Sigma methodology, you will lead a matrixed organization on all
projects, including new product introduction, cost out, sourcing,
manufacturing, and development and ultimately drive continuous
improvement in the design and development process, reducing life cycle
development time and increasing quality in a fast paced quality oriented
environment. Your responsibilities include tracking program costs and
assessment of the projects financial benefits using payback, NPV and IRR
Analysis.

 You will be the face of the company to your clients and your position will involve global travel.

 

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Math/Science

3+ years of manufacturing or engineering experience

5+ years of project or program management specifically focused on managing new product introductions

Demonstrated accomplishments in leadership, promoting teamwork, and successful cross functional environment

 

Masters Degree

Experience with Energy Storage and Uninterrupted power, telecom, renewable energy  or battery industries

PMP or CAPM Certification

Fluency in Hindi, German, Spanish or Chinese

10+ years of heavy industrial B2B experience

Demonstrated experience in implementing engineering design review and structured cross functional reviews
