Develop, implement, and deliver/facilitate Organizational Development (OD) strategies and processes, such as performance management, leadership and employee development, survey research, succession planning, and talent reviews. Corporate and Plant Operations will be the primary, internal business client.
BS and 5-7+ years experience in Organizational Development and Training. Advanced degree in OD or a related field preferred.
Must Haves:
Bachelor’s Degree
Have practiced OD and Training directly in a manufacturing environment from plant leadership down to the production floor.
Must be a stronger presenter and training professional.
Must have experience in succession planning, onboarding, and talent management.
