The qualified candidate must meet the following core requirements:

·         8+ years of strategic sales experience, selling into the Telecommunications, Utility, UPS or battery industries

·         4+ years of experience closing large complex strategic deals

·         Experience developing  & supporting strategic sales plans

·         Strong Strategic account management background

·         Solid track record of meeting all sales goals, objectives, quotas and targets/

·         Experience driving sales deals including leading technical support teams, contracts, finance, product support, and
implementation teams.

·         Experience ensuring seamless teamwork with product management, engineering, and supply chain to ensure customer
satisfaction with engagement deliver

·         Experience hiring, training and managing a global sales team as the organization grows

·         Experience within the Energy / energy storage industry

·         Bachelors degree in engineering

The individual who will be selected for this role will be a results driven individual contributor who has a solid track record of meeting and exceeding all sales goals. This person must have experience
leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have big company experience in
their background. They also will have experience selling batteries to the
telecommunications industry and/or data centers, or candidates coming from
phone manufacturing companies, electronics manufacturing companies, or UPS

Compensation:  Base Salary + bonus + commissions
Compensation is based on proven experience
