I am seeking experienced payroll sales reps in major cities in Texas (Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin) on behalf of a client.

This is not for ADP or Paychex, this is with a tier 2 player in the payroll and HR outsourcing industry.   Very career focused and the VP Sales does a great job in mentoring and leading my example.  He is a hands-on guy and extremely personable.  He knows that a happy sales rep makes money, and then he makes money as the team achieves goals/quotas.

Base comp is $40-45k and there is a tiered commission payout that starts at 15% and maxes out aroudn 30% based upon annualized production. 

quota is about $250k of gross payroll revenue..very achievable with their product, technology and service offering.
