Splits - 100K+ Accounting & Finance Jobs in NYC Metro

All - I'm new to the site and group!

I started my own boutique firm in NYC. I've been in the market sfor 10 years. Luckily, I have lots of jobs, but not enough candidate recruiting/sourcing time.

I have multiple openings in NYC. I work primarily on retained searches and exclusives. I'm willing to do 50/50 splits with people who can source quality Accounting & Finance talent in NYC.
