Scope and Responsibilities:

• Prepare job specifications and adhere to project timelines.
• Write code that can be read, is high performing and maintainable, and adheres to organizational standards.
• Lead projects as required
• Continuously provide feedback on deliverables
• Solicit and participate in code reviews
• Seek out knowledge required to succefully complete assignments
• Keep open and timely lines of communication open with QA team
• Collaborate with team at all times

Skills Required:

• Strong base of experience in Web Application Development and Commercial Software Development
• Expert level Java (if 0 to 10 were the scale, you might need a new scale to include 11)
• Proficient in web technologies:  HTML, Javascript, AJAX, and XML
• Able to work in Windows, Solaris or Linux
• Full SDLC experience from designing to testing and produce a design document based upon product requirement.
