I'm looking to get into the recruitment business

As a long time restaurant employee and manager, I am ready to move on and I was interested in the recruiting business. I am curious how to get started and what paths I may have to cross to get there.

I have a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and have been in the industry for over 10 years now. Any help would be appreciated.
