I'm looking for a VP of sales for a start up in the market research indsutry. I need an experienced sales guru who has built sales teams, closed major deals all while working within the advertising industry. The kicker is that I need someone with advanced degrees - preferably a PHD, if not, someone with a Master's/bachelor's in neuroscience, psychology or sociology.

Any suggestions on where to find the best candididates (passive or not) for this type of role with this background?
