Skill : Certified FileNet P8 IMPORTANT Scope of work, upgrade FileNet P8 from 3.5 to 4.0 You can use the description below as a general description but note, this is an existing FileNet customer who is upgrading o Develop, maintain and use industry and BPM related best practices to work with clients in their roll-out of IBM FileNet P8 environments. o Co-manage the design, development, testing and integration activities of the BPMS with continuous process improvement initiatives. o Manage constant collaboration between business and IT teams, and facilitate customer centric process development discussions between internal functional operations departments o Partner with other project constituents to ensure integration and communication between teams Experience with full life-cycle system delivery in a software development environment. o Experience meeting with customers to gather, document and communicate system requirements. o Ability to react to customer needs and requests, through tracking issues, clearly setting priorities, quickly adjusting to customer driven changes, firmly committing to tasks and meeting deadlines.
