My favorite aspect of Skype thus far is I've been able to close business just by being online and accessible via Skype.

I do have to go plug in my Webcam though...

Skype video is incredible. I've used it to conduct close to 100 interviews with leaders in recruitment and HR. Sad to say 9 out of 10 people have never used video before but they become video evangelist after their first experience.

I'm always looking for recruiters, or those with something to say, (such as my interview with Jerry Albright on and welcome your contact.

My Skype id is BigBiller and if you're having problems bringing Skype to life Skype or call me at 972-646-3534 (which is my Skypein phone number - I've done away with my landline and use Skype and my Mobile phone for all calls).

Hi Debblie. If you're using Skpe video for interviewing - you'll find the "Start Video" button near the bottom of your Skype screen. Once you click it you will see your video being displayed. The other party can then see you and hear you.

Your web cam should have come with a set up disk which will show you how to adjust volume, picture, etc.
