I am a corporate recruiter with a Land Development Consultant, we are still hiring, but much smaller numbers than in the past three years. A lot of our business is tied to residential new construction, 'nuff said.

Our wastewater department seems to be building steam though and the housing downturn has allowed us to focus in other civil areas. What are you seeing in your own companies or with your clients?
