Job Description Job Description Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for: Managing the sales team ( 15 sales people covering the USA) and responsible for business development and assisting with team members in marketing, strategy & pricing. Maintaining/building strong relationships with clients and developing / leading a team of Sales Managers Responsible for growth, to reach sales goals and that meet corporate standards for level of service Advise and recommend initiatives to corporate, both strategically and technically, in regards to business development and possible new product lines Coordinate operational activities, be cost conscience and keep abreast of the competition in the market to enable new growth opportunities
Skill Required Job Requirements Minimum BA/BS degree Minimum of 8 - 10 years of sales experience, ideally related to the Oil, Gas and Chemical industries, with at least 5 years in a senior management role building and developing a national sales team Develop strategies and translate into action plans that can be executed for the team to drive revenue Act as a motivator and positive change agent focusing team towards the common goal with the ability to mulit-task, prioritize and work effectively in a high pressure environment Hands on, customer focused, entrepreneurial, adaptable, ethical, decisive, communicative and analytical
