Established in Russia for less then ten years, their operations have been extremely successful and have reached the need to create this new management position of General Manager Russia & CIS.
Job Description	At the start, the aim of the role will consist in managing the Moscow office with a specific focus on taking over, monitoring and developing a structured internal financial reporting process. The role will step by step develop into overall general management of all Russia and CIS (Kazakhstan, Ukraine) operations. This will be achieved through: controlling the local tax reporting, accounting and financial processes in managing the local Moscow Finance team simultaneously with monitoring the GAAP and functional reporting to the Group CFO overview the sales operations by relaying the company commercial process to the local sales team, by controlling KPI and framing the operations in order to reach yearly targets ensuring that all the company processes are maintained and developed to guarantee the optimization of sales of equipment and services represent the company internally and externally, organize and participate to related industry sector fairs and exhibitions meet customers and guarantee their satisfaction for services and equipment deliveries take over and fulfil all the duties and responsibilities linked to the function of a General Director in Russia
Skill Required	possessing a University degree in Finance and or Accounting, the ideal candidate started his career in Russia within the accounting function and has been a Chief Accountant previous knowledge and experience of the Gas segment are not mandatory but having developed a financial/management career within either the Energy, Mining, Construction or Engineering sectors will be an advantage GAAP certification and experience minimum of 3 years of a business unit management with proven successful track record team management experience and people oriented personality Western management exposure and adaptability is mandatory key personal quality: flexibility and open to new ways of doing things The role is based in Moscow with approximately 20% travel in and out country to visit customers. Excellent USD 6 figures yearly package (salary + variable) with full company benefit. One month training within the group operations (USA / UAE)
