Requirements:

Degree in HR, Psychology or related field combined with 5 to 8 years of hands on experience in an HR management role

Providing guidance related to HR topics in all areas ( client population 200 with a revolving expat staff of 10)

Act as the main liaison between the HR department and all levels of staff while being proactive, people focused and tactical

Ability to coordinate and motivate a team toward a common goal with solid communication, interpersonal skills at all levels, the ability to build trust, respect and confidentiality, as you are a hands on individual who is resourceful and decisive

Experience working in an international environment and coordinate many activities simultaneously with dedication and enthusiasm
