Job Description Reporting to the Managing Director in Canada, you will manage all aspects of financial P&L, operations, performance and also business development and sales for business unit team of 100 with aggressive growth plans in Canada. The Business Manager will manage the planning and scheduling of audit and client training events to ensure a cost effective delivery and ensure the highest possible level of customer satisfaction. Manage and drive efficiency in all other aspects of back office operations including audit reporting, certificate delivery, invoicing and debt collection functions and all other associated administrative functions with the focus always on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Skill Required University degree coupled with 10 + years of experience in an operations/management role in a service industry Minimum of 3 years of Operations experience in a certification body/management system consulting organization or IT/Software consulting background. Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly professional environment.
