We are looking for a multitude of engineering, technical, financial and legal experts with energy-related engineering and construction background.
Job Description	 Preparation of procurement tenders including invitations, scope of work documents, instructions to vendors; managing in-house preparatory works.  Participation in negotiations with suppliers and other stakeholders in the procurement process.  Work closely with the legal department in drafting procurement contracts and related documentation, including procurement related agreements HQ and subsidiaries  Contract follow-up and management.  Participation in elaboration of the strategic procurement plan  Coordination of procurement activities and procurement planning and reporting process.
Skill Required	• University or college degree in Economics or Law • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in energy sector. • Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project. • Fluent English.
