Graduates are setting up their own companies as the jobs market continues to be competitive.

Total Back Office Solutions can give you recruitment agency formation advice

Graduates could be looking into how to set up a recruitment agency following revelations that enterprising students are starting their own companies in response to a difficult jobs market.

Those looking for recruitment agency formation advice may be interested to hear that nearly one in three (30 per cent) say a shortage of jobs has made them consider self employment, according to small businesses' insurer Hiscox.

While nearly one in five (19 per cent) started their courses with the view to going into self-employment at some stage, 23 per cent of those polled are now either running or about to launch their own enterprise.

Commenting on the findings, John Heaney of Hiscox said that it is "extremely encouraging" to see British entrepreneurial spirit "alive and kicking" despite the economic conditions.

"Aspiring entrepreneurs may find that gaining some life and employment experience or gaining specific professional qualifications before taking the plunge would give them the best base for future success," he advised.

Those setting up a recruitment agency may also want to consider outsourcing back office solutions, including payrolls, invoices and accounts in order to give themselves a strong start.
